Although generally Stella Rafter does not offer refunds, if you have simply changed your mind on an original artwork, please do inform us by email within 24 hours of receiving your artwork if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase and we can work to resolve your concerns.

All Fine Art Prints are made to order and are non refundable. 

Refunds will only be applicable where Stella Rafter is deemed to be in breach of the description offered for each artworks. Refunds will be given strictly at the discretion of Stella Rafter. If a refund is approved the artwork/s must be shipped and delivered to Stella Rafter within 14 business days of date of delivery via DHL Courier. Note: the customer is liable for all shipping costs associated with the return of an artwork.
